We can cast any casting 140#'s and under. We pour a wide range of alloys, predominately Stainless Steels (316 & 304), low alloy carbon steel, aluminum and bronze, and some exotic alloys (Cobalt Based FSX 414). Adding to the quality certification we are approved suppliers for Honeywell FM & T and General Dynamics.
EPS Industries has the capability to run rapid prototypes, through our 3D Thermo Jet Wax printer. All we require is a CAD file.
Military Specifications
The following military specifications are for quality assurance requirements of the U.S. Department of Defense. EPS will perform various tests to verify castings will conform to the corresponding MIL-STD. Radiographic ( X-Ray), Mag particle (penetrant), and numerous physical testing, are some of the testing required by these specifications.
